Don’t Let Your Trademark Fade. Keep It Active.

Two distinct documents fall under the category of Trademark Renewal:

The initial document is called a Declaration of Continued Use, which can be submitted only once, following five years of trademark registration. Commonly known as a "five-year renewal."
The subsequent document, known as Trademark Renewal, must be submitted between nine and ten years of trademark registration, and every ten years thereafter.

During this process, you'll need to provide evidence in the form of a "specimen" demonstrating that you're using your trademark to sell the products and/or services listed on your registration. If your mark is registered for products, acceptable specimens include photos of product packaging, clothing tags, or product labels displaying your trademark.
For services, acceptable specimens include brochures, advertisements, or websites featuring your trademark in association with the services you offer.
